Hayk Gagik Khachatryan
Hayk Gagik Khachatryan was born in 1998 in the province of Shirak of the village of Gusanna.After graduating the local school in 2016 he studied at the "Business Elite,, educational center in Gyumri. Since childhood Hayk had been distinguished by his kind of man. He was devoted, discreet, humble, smiling and kind fellow, who loved to help support and be with everyone in every issue.In his free time Hayk was painting and engaged in sport at the same time. From the earliest age Hayk dreamed to carry military uniforms and serve in the army.
In 2017, he passed the six-month training course in Compulsory Military Service in Artashat, after which he moved to Artsakh(NKR) as a junior sergeant commander in the Askeran region.
In 2017, on September 1, approximately at 11:50 am Hayk Gagik Khachatryan was killed by a mine explosion at a military unit in the eastern direction of the NKR Defense Army. Hayk was killed while performing a military mission.Hayk Gagik Khachatryan was posthumously awarded with the "COURAGE,, medal by the decree of the President of Artsakh.

Around 800 shots fired toward the Armenian positions – Artsakh defense Army
Azerbaijani forces broke the ceasefire across the Line of Contact between Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan 70 times, firing around 800 shots from weapons of different calibers towards the Armenian positions overnight to April 23-24.
The Defense Army of the Artsakh (Nagormo Kaeabakh) Republic reports, the adversary also applied
anti-tank grenade launcher (4 hells) at the southeastern direction and anti-tank rocket-propelled grenade launcher (5 shells) at the eastern direction of the Line of Contact.
Karabakh Defense Army frontline units continue confidently fulfilling their military duty, taking retaliatory measures upon necessity, the statement said.
